BARYON Refund, Cancellation, and Remake Policy
This policy applies to BARYON made-to-order companion collars, matching bracelets, and related custom pieces.
Made-To-Order Cancellation Window
Because each BARYON piece is made to order, cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase, or before production begins, whichever comes first.
Once production has started, made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled for a change of mind.
Eligible Issues
If we send the wrong item, make the wrong size, or the piece arrives with a clear production defect, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video.
Depending on the issue, BARYON may offer repair, remake, replacement, or refund.
Not Considered Defects
- Natural stone color variation
- Natural inclusions, pattern differences, or translucency differences
- Handmade variation
- Incorrect size selected or submitted by the customer
- Normal wear
- Pet chewing, scratching, biting, or pulling damage
- Damage caused by unsupervised pet use
- Damage from using the decorative strand as a restraint, tie-out, leash attachment, or training tool
Returns
Made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return for a change of mind after production begins.
If a return is approved for a non-defective issue, the item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging. Return shipping and any resizing or repair fee may apply when the issue is not caused by BARYON.
Sizing Responsibility
Customers are responsible for checking the size guide before ordering.
If the wrong size is ordered, BARYON may offer a resizing or remake service when possible, but additional material, labor, and shipping fees may apply.
Safety Note
BARYON companion collars are decorative jewelry pieces. They are not tie-out collars, chew-resistant products, training tools, or restraint equipment. Wear should be supervised.
