Returns and Refunds

You may request a return within 14 calendar days after your order is delivered. After a return is authorized, the item must be sent back within 14 calendar days.

Return eligibility

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in the condition received, with the original packaging and proof of purchase. Customers may inspect an item only as reasonably necessary to confirm its nature, characteristics, and fit, subject to applicable law.

Finished collection designs are eligible for return. Items that have been personalized, altered, or made to customer-supplied specifications cannot be returned for change of mind or sizing, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. This exclusion does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

How to request a return

Use our contact form before sending anything back. Include your order number and reason for the return. We will reply with authorization, the complete return address, and packing instructions. Items sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping and original delivery charges

For change-of-mind or size returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, BARYON will cover reasonable return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error, the item is defective, or applicable law requires a refund of standard outbound delivery charges. Any amount paid for an expedited delivery upgrade is not refundable beyond the cost of standard delivery unless required by law.

Damage or order issues

Inspect your order after delivery. Contact us as soon as possible if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and include clear photographs.

Refund timing

We will notify you after the return is received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days after we receive the returned item or acceptable proof of return, as applicable. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
