Returns and Refunds

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.

Return eligibility

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in the condition received, with their original packaging and proof of purchase. Finished collection designs are eligible for return. Items that have been personalized, altered, or made to customer-supplied specifications cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to request a return

Use our contact form before sending anything back. Include your order number and reason for the return. We will reply with return authorization, the complete return address, and packing instructions. Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping and fees

For a change-of-mind or size return, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, BARYON will cover reasonable return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error or a defective item.

Damage or order issues

Please inspect your order after delivery. Contact us as soon as possible if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and include clear photographs so we can resolve the issue.

Refund timing

We will notify you after the return is received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.

Statutory rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region.
