Order preparation

BARYON collars are prepared to order. Please allow approximately 3 business days for order preparation before dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping origin and destinations

Orders are dispatched from Chengdu, Sichuan, China. We currently ship to destinations offered in the country selector and at checkout, including Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Delivery estimates

Estimated transit time is 8-12 business days after dispatch. This estimate does not include the preparation period. Customs processing, carrier disruption, severe weather, or local delivery conditions may cause delays.

Shipping charges

Available shipping methods and the full shipping charge are shown at checkout before payment. We do not add undisclosed shipping fees after an order is placed.

Tracking

When tracking is available, a tracking link is sent to the email address used at checkout after the order is dispatched. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Unless checkout explicitly states that duties and import taxes are included, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by the destination country.

Address changes and delivery problems

Check the delivery address carefully before completing payment. Contact 2447802334@qq.com immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch. For a lost, damaged, or significantly delayed shipment, email us with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.
