Order preparation

BARYON collars are made to order. Please allow approximately 3 business days for preparation before dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping destinations and rates

• United States: Standard shipping is $5.99 for orders below $118. Standard shipping is free for orders of $118 or more. Express shipping is $29.90.
• Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom: Standard shipping is $12.90 for orders below $200. Standard shipping is free for orders of $200 or more. Express shipping is $34.90.

The applicable rate is calculated from the order subtotal after discounts and is shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery estimates

Estimated transit time is 8-12 business days after dispatch. This does not include the preparation period. Customs processing, carrier disruption, severe weather, or local delivery conditions may cause delays.

Tracking

When tracking is available, a tracking link is sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Unless checkout explicitly states that duties and import taxes are included, the recipient is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by the destination country.

Address changes and delivery issues

Please check your address before completing payment. For an address correction, lost parcel, damaged shipment, or significant delay, use our contact form and include your order number. Changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.
